Emily joined our Client Service team in 2024. In her role, she helps clients open accounts, transfer money, and deposits checks. Emily is always ready to assist clients with any request, big or small. She enjoys being able to collaborate with the rest of the client service team daily.

She previously worked as an Operations Specialist at Clifford Swan Investment Counselors. Emily holds a B.S in Finance from Azusa Pacific University. She grew up nearby in Arcadia.

When she’s not at the office, Emily can be found spending time with her friends and family. If you’re Emily, October isn’t the only time to enjoy Halloween. She loves all things dark and spooky 365 days of the year.

Simon’s role as an Operations Associate encourages daily collaboration with different team members and departments, giving him unique insight into JSF practices. He enjoys working with his teammates and views each task as an opportunity to help make a meaningful and positive impact on clients’ financial wellbeing.

Simon grew up in Costa Mesa, then made his way east to attend Tulane University in New Orleans, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. Following graduation he returned to Southern California, where he further refined his customer service and business operation skills at The Irvine Company before joining JSF in 2022.

When he’s not at the office, Simon has a diverse range of interests spanning from playing basketball and the guitar to exploring history and the intricacies of hip-hop.
