Candice Gonzales

Candice joined JSF during her senior year at USC. Following her graduation in 2019, we were fortunate to hire her full-time as a Financial Planning Assistant. She works mainly with Jeff on compiling client reviews as well as assisting other members of the team with events and special projects.

In addition to the administrative experience she gained during previous jobs, Candice served as a board member of the Latino Business Student Association at USC her senior year. During her tenure, the board relaunched the association; encouraging participation from likeminded, often marginalized communities of individuals at USC interested in learning more about business. Open to all majors and backgrounds, the association offered resume workshops and had well-known companies present internship and job opportunities to its members. It was being part of this organization that led Candice to discover her interest in financial planning and eventually led her to working at JSF.

Outside the office, Candice continues to pursue more education, this time at rival UCLA in the Certified Financial Planning program. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, traveling, trying new restaurants around LA and listening to true crime podcasts.

Candice graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Sociology from USC in 2019.
