International Women’s Day 2022
On this International Women’s Day 2022, we are proud to share a paper we recently put together, Women and Wealth. This paper is a follow-up to our popular Women and Retirement seminar last year.
We’ve long known that women face unique issues in their financial lives, from the gender wage gap to views on risk and investing and planning for a longer life—and we’ve seen firsthand how financial planning can play an important role in navigating these issues.
Understanding the impact of financial decisions is important, not just right before retirement, but throughout every stage of life. We’re often faced with competing priorities in our savings and budgets, not to mention complex transitions such as business exit planning or divorce.
Our goal is to encourage all women to ask questions, continue educating themselves, and make informed decisions about financial planning. We hope this paper can help get you or a loved one or friend started in this particularly important topic.
